Chip and Fiber Drying

Reduces moisture of wood chips, sawdust and fiber before bonding. Antistatic design is critical to prevent fire and explosion hazards with combustible materials. ATEX compliant.

Steam Pre-heating

Uniform steam injection heats the chip or fiber mat before the continuous press. Improves resin activation and bonding, enabling throughput improvements of 10-30% in press lines.
